Chief Dennis A. Foster, a native of the historic Accompong Maroon Town in Jamaica, is a distinguished indigenous leader, accomplished entrepreneur, and pioneering force in global Maroon enterprise. A direct descendant of the legendary Chief Cudjoe, Chief Foster has transformed ancestral legacy into a forward-facing strategy for economic empowerment and sovereign development

As Founder and Chairman of the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce (UNISMCC)—the world’s largest international Maroon business organization—Chief Foster has redefined indigenous economic diplomacy. Under his leadership, UNISMCC has become a global platform representing Maroon enterprises across all industries and continents, setting new standards for indigenous governance, sustainability, and trade.

In a precedent-setting career, Chief Foster simultaneously holds several executive leadership roles: Chief of the ChamberGovernor of the Accompong Unit Banking System, and Chief of the International Independent Maroon Council of Elders. He is the first individual in Maroon history to lead such a multifaceted portfolio at the intersection of commerce, finance, and indigenous governance.

A seasoned entrepreneur, Chief Foster brings decades of experience in the agricultural and tourism sectors, with a robust track record of private sector innovation. He is currently overseeing the completion of Accompong’s largest hospitality development project, while also managing diversified investments spanning finance, cryptocurrency, and infrastructure. His ventures include the CudjoeCoin Gold Exchange, the CudjoeCoin cryptocurrency, an exclusive remittance services tailored to the Maroon Nation.

Chief Foster is also a principal investor in emerging Maroon global markets and a strategic architect of financial instruments designed to promote self-sufficiencycapital accessibility, and cross-border Maroon commerce.

Through vision, execution, and cultural integrity, Chief Dennis A. Foster has positioned himself—and the Maroon Nation—as a competitive player in the evolving landscape of Indigenous economics.
