Central Bank of the Maroons

Central Bank of the Maroons is the supreme financial authority that governs and oversees all operations of the Bank of the Maroons throughout Maroon territories and the global Maroon diaspora. Every branch or entity of the Bank of the Maroons functions under the direct regulation and guidance of the Central Bank, which ensures that all financial activity remains unified, accountable, and consistent with the economic vision of the Maroon Nation.

The Central Bank holds exclusive authority to set monetary policy, issue directives, approve loan structures, and regulate savings and checking account systems within the Maroon financial system.

The Central Bank of the Maroons is owned and authorized by the Executive Board of Directors of the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce (UNISMCC), and operates under their sovereign mandate. This ensures that the Central Bank reflects the will, protection, and advancement of all Maroon peoples.

The Chief of the Maroons, or a Governor appointed by the Chief, shall lead the Central Bank with the responsibility to protect the economic sovereignty of the Maroon Nation and to implement policies that foster stability, growth, and financial empowerment across all Maroon communities.
