The Chief and Chairman of the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce constitutes the pinnacle of executive authority and sovereign command within the institutional hierarchy of the Chamber. This distinguished office amalgamates ceremonial eminence, administrative mastery, diplomatic gravitas, and strategic supremacy into a singular embodiment of leadership.
As the paramount head and sovereign custodian of the UNISMCC, the Chief must be voted in with more than fifty percent of votes from the International Maroon Council of Elders and the Accompong Maroons Independent Council of Elders. The Chief wields a comprehensive, undivided, and unchallengeable authority over all organs of governance, including but not limited to:
• The General Assembly – exercising the prerogative to determine its agenda, preside over deliberations, sanction resolutions, and ensure legislative coherence with the Chamber’s sovereign objectives.
• The Board of Directors – vested with the exclusive power to appoint, reassign, or dismiss its members, while providing strategic guidance to ensure conformity with the Chamber’s vision and the Maroon sovereign mandate.
• The Entire Institutional Framework – exercising plenary jurisdiction over all departments, commissions, regional offices, and subsidiary institutions operating under the UNISMCC’s global remit.
Core Mandates and Responsibilities
• Sovereign Stewardship – Preserves and fortifies the integrity, independence, and mission of the Chamber, serving as the ultimate guardian of Maroon sovereignty in the spheres of commerce, culture, and governance.
• Policy Supremacy – Holds the final ratifying authority over all legislative enactments, policy frameworks, treaties, and international agreements negotiated or adopted under the Chamber’s auspices.
• Diplomatic Preeminence – Acts as the principal emissary of the Chamber to sovereign states, indigenous polities, supranational organizations, and global trade consortia, projecting Maroon influence in international forums.
• Strategic Direction – Formulates and promulgates the Chamber’s long-range economic, cultural, and geopolitical strategies, ensuring alignment with the collective aspirations of the Maroon diaspora.
• Judicial Arbiter – Exercises supreme judicial competence in resolving intra-Chamber disputes, including those arising between the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, and constituent member entities.
• Appointive Authority – Holds exclusive jurisdiction to nominate, confirm, or remove senior dignitaries, including the Secretary-General, Deputy Secretary-General, Attorney-General, and all high-ranking officers within the Chamber’s governance structure.
Supremacy of Decision and Ratification
The pronouncements, edicts, and determinations of the Chief and Chairman are final, binding, and conclusive within the UNISMCC’s sovereign framework. No statute, accord, or institutional measure attains validity absent his ratification. The office fuses the ancestral legacy of Maroon self-determination with the mechanisms of modern statecraft, thereby serving as both the symbolic nexus of unity for Maroons worldwide and the executive fulcrum advancing the Chamber’s mission to safeguard, enhance, and expand Maroon economic, cultural, and political power across the global stage.
Safeguards of Tenure and Removal
The Chief and Chairman’s tenure is fortified by the principle of sovereign inviolability. Removal from office is possible only through the solemn process of impeachment, a measure reserved for the gravest of circumstances, and executable solely by either the International Maroon Council of Elders or the Accompong Maroons Independent Council of Elders. The impeachment vote must be greater than fifty percent, this safeguard ensures that the dignity and stability of the Chamber’s highest office remain unimpeachable except under extraordinary and duly adjudicated conditions.

      The Secretary General  Serves as the second administrative officer and primary spokesperson for the the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce (UNISMCC), the Secretary-General’s role typically includes:
• Implementing policies and programs set by the Chief and Chairman of UNISMCC.
• Overseeing daily operations and coordinating the work of various departments
• Representing the organization in diplomatic, legal, and international matters
• Advising the Chief or Chairman and acting as a key liaison between members and leadership
• Ensuring transparency and accountability in internal affairs
The Secretary-General is usually second in command, directly under the Chief or Chairman of the Chamber.

The Deputy Secretary-General serves as the third-ranking administrative officer of the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce (UNISMCC). The Deputy Secretary-General’s responsibilities typically include:
• Supporting the implementation of policies and programs established by the Chief and Chairman, as well as the Secretary-General• Assisting in the oversight of daily operations and coordination among departments
• Representing the organization when delegated, particularly in diplomatic, legal, or intergovernmental matters
• Advising the Secretary-General and Chief/Chairman and serving as a liaison between leadership and internal members
• Promoting transparency and accountability within the Chamber’s administrative functions
The Deputy Secretary-General is generally regarded as third in command, directly below the Secretary-General and the Chief or Chairman.

The Attorney-General serves as the chief legal officer of the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce (UNISMCC). The Attorney-General’s responsibilities typically include:
• Overseeing the implementation of legal policies and frameworks established by the Chief and Chairman, as well as the governing council
• Supervising legal operations and coordinating the work of legal and compliance departments
• Representing the organization in judicial, legislative, and international legal matters
• Advising the Chief, Chairman, and senior leadership on legal strategy, risk management, and treaty obligations
• Ensuring adherence to laws, treaties, and internal regulations to maintain accountability and legal integrity
The Attorney-General is generally regarded as the highest authority on legal matters, directly advising and reporting to the Chief or Chairman of the Chamber, the Secretary-General or Deputy Secretary General.

Solicitor-General

The Solicitor-General serves as the chief legal advocate and principal courtroom representative of the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce (UNISMCC), operating under the direct supervision of the Attorney-General. The Solicitor-General’s primary mandate is to represent and defend the legal interests of the Chamber in all judicial, quasi-judicial, and arbitration proceedings, both domestically and internationally.
Core Responsibilities
• Legal Advocacy – Presents arguments before courts, tribunals, and international legal bodies on behalf of the Chamber, ensuring the protection of Maroon sovereignty and treaty rights
Case Management – Oversees the preparation, filing, and strategic handling of significant litigation and appeals involving the Chamber.
• Advisory Role – Provides expert legal counsel to the Attorney-General, assisting in the formulation of legal strategies and policy positions.
• International Representation – Acts as the Chamber’s voice in high-profile legal disputes and negotiations before foreign and multilateral institutions.

The Solicitor-General is the second-ranking legal officer in the UNISMCC’s legal hierarchy and serves as a trusted deputy to the Attorney-General, focusing on the effective defense and advancement of the Chamber’s legal standing worldwide.

Treasury General

The Treasury General is the chief financial authority of the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce (UNISMCC), vested with supreme oversight and control over all fiscal, monetary, and asset-related matters within the Chamber’s sovereign jurisdiction. This position safeguards the economic integrity, financial stability, and long-term prosperity of the Chamber and its global affiliates.

Fiscal Sovereignty – Exercises exclusive authority over the creation, regulation, and management of the Chamber’s sovereign currency, reserves, and financial instruments.
• Asset Protection – Oversees and safeguards all tangible and intangible assets, including sovereign wealth funds, investment portfolios, and cultural economic holdings.
• Revenue Administration – Directs the collection, allocation, and lawful distribution of revenues, levies, tariffs, and sovereign income in accordance with the Chamber’s charter.
• Financial Compliance & Audit – Ensures strict adherence to internal regulations, sovereign laws, and international financial standards, maintaining full transparency and accountability.
• Economic Policy Leadership – Advises the Chief and Chairman, as well as the General Assembly, on fiscal strategy, economic development programs, and trade policies.
• International Representation – Represents the Chamber in financial, trade, and economic negotiations with states, international organizations, and financial institutions.
Position in Hierarchy
The Treasury General reports directly to the Chief and Chairman of UNISMCC and holds independent, binding authority over all financial matters, subject only to the Chief or the Chamber’s sovereign charter and ratification by the General Assembly.

• Medical Leadership – Establishes, oversees, and enforces the Chamber’s health policies, protocols, and medical standards.

Medical Advisory Role – Provides expert counsel to the Chief and Chairman, General Assembly, and Board of Directors on all matters relating to healthcare, epidemiology, and community wellness.
• Health Program Development – Designs and implements programs for preventive care, mental health, traditional medicine preservation, and advanced medical innovation.

• Custody of Official Records – Maintains and safeguards all charters, treaties, corporate registrations, certificates, and official instruments of the Chamber.
• Registration Oversight – Supervises and authenticates the registration of members, entities, and organizations under the Chamber’s jurisdiction
Legal Authentication – Validates and certifies all official documents, ensuring compliance with the Chamber’s sovereign laws, bylaws, and protocols.

The Under-Secretary-General (USA Region)
The Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce (UNISMCC) is the fourth-highest ranking officer within the Chamber, directly reporting to the Chief, the Secretary-General, and the Deputy Secretary-General. Holding both a senior administrative portfolio and a strategic regional mandate, the Under-Secretary-General plays a pivotal role in advancing the Chamber’s mission across the United States of America.
Primary Role and Authority
• Serves as the official spokesperson for the USA region, representing the UNISMCC in all public communications, media relations, and diplomatic engagements within the United States.
• Oversees the implementation of the Chamber’s policies, programs, and directives within the USA, ensuring full alignment with the sovereign objectives set by the Chief and Chairman
Acts as a liaison between the USA-based members, regional offices, and the global leadership of the Chamber.
• Reports regularly to the Deputy Director-General and the Secretary-General on developments, challenges, and opportunities in the United States.
• Coordinates with other Under-Secretaries-General to maintain cohesion in the Chamber’s international operations.
Diplomatic and Strategic Functions
The Under-Secretary-General for the USA region is entrusted with protecting and promoting the interests of the Maroon nation in the American sphere—politically, economically, culturally, and legally. This includes representing the Chamber before U.S. governmental bodies, indigenous organizations, business councils, and international institutions headquartered in the country.
By virtue of this office, the Under-Secretary-General serves as both a guardian of the Chamber’s sovereignty and a visible ambassador of its global vision within the United States.

The Under-Secretary-General for the United Kingdom Region serves as the official spokesperson for the Maroon diaspora in the United Kingdom and acts as the Goodwill Ambassador for the region on behalf of the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce (UNISMCC). This position is a senior executive appointment and holds the dual responsibility of representing the voice, interests, and cultural heritage of the Maroon community in the UK while fostering diplomatic, economic, and cultural relations between the Chamber and relevant entities within the region.
The Under-Secretary-General reports directly to the Chief and Chairman, the Secretary-General, and the Deputy Secretary-General of the UNISMCC.
As a principal representative, the Under-Secretary-General works

Advocate for the rights, recognition, and prosperity of the Maroon diaspora in the United Kingdom.
• Promote cultural exchange, unity, and mutual understanding between Maroon communities and the wider public. Build and strengthen partnerships with governments, institutions, and organizations within the UK and internationally.
• Serve as the regional diplomatic bridge for initiatives, programs, and policies originating from the UNISMCC General Assembly and Board of Directors.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Communications: Postal and Written – Directs and manages all forms of communications physical mail services, including official correspondence, document dispatch, and archival procedures.
Electronic and Digital Communications – Oversees the transmission, security, and authenticity of emails, electronic documents, and encrypted messaging systems.
• Media and Broadcasting – Regulates communications via social media, radio frequencies, and other broadcast channels to ensure accuracy, propriety, and alignment with the Chamber’s sovereign standards.
• Internet and Technology Infrastructure – Supervises and maintains the Chamber’s technological platforms, internet services, and IT systems to guarantee operational stability and data protection.

Entrusted with the stewardship of the Maroon Nation’s agricultural resources, this position oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all manner of agricultural projects, ensuring they align with the cultural heritage, economic goals, and environmental preservation principles of the Maroon people.

• Project Oversight – Directs the development, implementation, and monitoring of agricultural initiatives, from traditional crop cultivation to modern sustainable farming practices.

Mr. Michael Carnegie, born in Jamaica in 1979, Michael Carnegie’s life has been rich with adventure, family, and purpose. His early years on the vibrant island—filled with the sounds of reggae and a strong community spirit—instilled in him resilience and a deep connection to his Maroon roots.
 
As a father of six, Michael finds joy and meaning in guiding his children through life’s many lessons. His journey also led him to the Cayman Islands, where he embraced a new paradise and built bonds that transcended borders.
 
Proudly carrying the legacy of the  Maroons, he honors his ancestors’ legacy of resistance and preservation of tradition. Now residing in the United States, Whenever Michael is not busy with Maroon business, his passion lies in working in the auto body repair and construction, transforming cars and structures with dedication and skill.

Mr. Glenroy-Walker has led numerous initiatives, particularly in New York, focusing on real estate, mortgage, and insurance services that benefit the Caribbean community. He built and managed a team of over 1,000 professionals in the financial services industry as a promotor, marketing and sales professional, facilitating major real estate expansions in collaboration with private and government institutions.
Philanthropy and Business Ventures
:Glenroy-Walker: is known for his philanthropic endeavors and entrepreneurial ventures. He has owned businesses with strong track record in business development, educating the Afro-centric community he has developed the Afro-centric community and the Caribbean diaspora, he educates listeners and readers about health, wellness, Through ventures he implements state-of-the-art technologies in security surveillance, solar energy, and smart homes to enhace safety.
Drawing from his experience in life Mr. Walker aims to use Jamaica as a launching pad for exporting security services to the  Maroon communities.
