Excellencies, Distinguished Partners, and Friends of Accompong,
On behalf of the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce (UNISMCC) and the People of Accompong, I extend greetings and gratitude. Our ancestral Maroon capital has endured unprecedented devastation from Category 5 Hurricane Melissa. Thousands of families, farms, and cultural landmarks have been destroyed, and yet our spirit remains unbroken.
The UNISMCC Hurricane Melissa Global Relief and Recovery Fund has been activated under the Office of the Treasury-General to coordinate a transparent, accountable, and immediate financial response. This fund serves both the humanitarian emergency and the long-term reconstruction of our nation.
Enclosed are the official instruments of the Treasury Office:
1. Emergency Fiscal Agent Resolution – defining lawful custody, governance, and financial controls.
2. How We Handle Your Donation Brief – outlining oversight, transparency, and approved donation channels.
3. Donation Guidelines – providing procedures for USD, crypto, and in-kind contributions.
All funds and materials are held in trust for the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce, managed through the Treasury-General’s Office under the Council’s three-signature system. Verified partners will receive official acknowledgments and quarterly financial reports to ensure full transparency.
We invite governments, humanitarian agencies, and corporate institutions to stand with Accompong in this historic mission of recovery and renewal. To coordinate donations, partnerships, or logistics, please contact treasury-general@unismcc.org or relief@unismcc.org.
May our collective resolve restore not only the land but also the enduring spirit of our people.
With highest respect and sovereign commitment,
In Sovereign Service,
Denise Reid

The Great Matrix Seal of the Maroons, held under the guardianship of the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce (UNISMCC), stands as the Universal Declaration of Unity for all Maroons across the globe.
This majestic seal embodies the eternal spirit, sovereignty, and unbreakable bond of the Maroon people—whether in Accompong, the wider Caribbean, or the global diaspora.
It represents the oneness of the Maroon Nation, uniting past, present, and future generations under a single emblem of pride, resilience, and destiny. It is more than a symbol—it is a living proclamation that the Maroon identity cannot be broken, diminished, or forgotten.
As we lift our eyes to this sacred Seal, we remember Captain Cudjoe, the greatest of the Jamaican Maroon heroes, who forged victory and independence through courage and wisdom in the Cockpit Country. From his leadership was born the sovereign Nation of Accompong, and through his sacrifice the flame of Maroon freedom still burns bright.
The Great Matrix Seal is therefore a patriotic standard, a rallying emblem that declares to the world: the Maroons are one people, one destiny, one eternal nation.
His Excellency
Dennis A. Foster
Chief and Chairman
United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce
On behalf of the United Nations Indigenous Sovereign Maroon Chamber of Commerce (UNISMCC), I extend a warm and dignified welcome with the deepest sense of honor, pride, and solemn responsibility. Our Chamber is both a guardian of Maroon heritage and a platform for advancing sovereignty, commerce, and culture upon the global stage. This institution stands as both a guardian of our ancestral legacy and a visionary instrument for the advancement of Maroon sovereignty, commerce, and cultural identity in the modern world. The UNISMCC was founded upon the enduring covenant of the Maroon people — forged in resilience, preserved in sacrifice, and now elevated to a global stage where our voice, our heritage, and our economic aspirations resonate with clarity and dignity. As Chief and Chairman, I am committed to ensuring that this Chamber embodies not only the spirit of unity and self-determination, but also the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and excellence in international commerce. Our mission is to safeguard the sacred inheritance of the Cockpit Country, to protect the rights of Maroons at home and abroad, and to cultivate pathways of economic empowerment, cultural preservation, and sustainable development. This Chamber exists not merely as a marketplace of transactions, but as a sanctuary of ideas, innovation, and opportunity – a forum where the wisdom of our ancestors converges with the promise of future generations. I welcome you to walk with us in this noble endeavor. May this Chamber serve as a beacon of hope, strength, and prosperity, not only for the Maroon Nation but for all peoples who seek justice, sovereignty, and the dignity of self-determination. Together, we shall build a legacy that will endure for centuries to come.
– Dennis A. Foster Chief & Chairman UNISMCC.
